Prices:
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Aplus Water Softeners will not be held liable for graphic, clerical,  typographical, and printing errors.

State Sales Tax:  We charge a 7.0% sales tax to all orders shipped to an Indiana address.

Order Acceptance:
Aplus Water LLC reserves the right to refuse any order.


Refused Deliveries:
Refused deliveries will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways.

Order Cancellation:
Any order cancelled will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.

Orders cancelled after the item has already been shipped.  The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back as well as pay for return shipping and the cost incurred shipping the item to the customer.

Shipping Damage:
Any damage claim must be made within 15 days of date of delivery.   To expedite shipping claims, inspect the unit as soon as it is received and sign that the unit is damaged.  Also, take a picture of the damaged part or parts.


Warranty:
Fleck & Ge 5 years on the valve and 10 years on the tanks.  Claims generally take 4 to 6 weeks to process.  Parts thought to be defective  need to be returned to the manufacture to be examined for defects.  Be sure to get a tracking # and shipping insurance.   Damage during shipping is the customer's responsibility.  Please email us at apluswater@hotmail.com

before returning any parts so that we can provide you with an rma to expedite the warranty process.

Salt Free Pro Warranty:  Valve, tanks and housing are warranted for 10 years to be free from manufacture defects.  Claims generally take 4 to 6 weeks to process.  Parts thought to be defective  need to be returned to the manufacture to be examined for defects.  Be sure to get a tracking # and shipping insurance.   Damage during shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Installation and Service:  The customer is solely responsible for installation and servicing of our products.  Customer is responsible for any damage caused during installation and or service of our products.

1) Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

2) Private Customer information (credit cards, S.S. Numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file.

3) Customer will not receive any continual email solicitation from the company, unless the customer consents to the solicitation at checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company, the company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.

Returned items must be in like new condition to receive a credit.

Any damage to the item will be reflected in the amount of the refund that includes damage caused by improper installation and loss of media.

Systems returned after being used incur a 20% restocking fee and must be in like new condition.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number.  Be sure to contact us first for a return authorization number.  Aplus Water LLC is not responsible for damage in return shipping.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back as well as pay for return shipping and the cost incurred shipping the item to the customer.

Also, commercial units including the 9500, 2850 and 9100 series are non returnable.  As well as any special order items, items that are not listed on our website.
